ENDOWED INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIPS Named endowed athletic scholarships may be established by any alumnus, alumna or friend of VMI athletics. To become a named scholarship, the principal of the scholarship fund must equal or exceed $50,000* within 5 years of establishment of the fund. (If the principal does not reach $50,000 within 5 years, the principal assets are rolled into the Keydet Club's General Endowment Fund.) To be considered a fully funded scholarship, a scholarship's principal must equal or exceed $500,000*. Click on a sport at the right to view the endowed scholarships available by sport.
