Gregory M. (Greg) Cavallaro '84
Executive Vice President

Greg was named executive vice president in August 2000, after joining the Keydet Club in February of that year. He previously worked for the VMI Foundation for 15 years, his last position being vice president, Annual Giving. Prior to joining the Foundation, Greg worked for VMI Admissions. He and his wife Marlene live in Lexington.

Donald S. (Donnie) Ross '74
Vice President, Fundraising

Donnie joined the Keydet Club in 1998, after serving the Institute as assistant football coach for four years. prior to this, he worked as head football coach for his high school alma mater, Benedictine High School, in Richmond, Virginia, for six years. Donnie and his wife Barbara live in Lexington. They have two sons, Brian '99 and David '02.

Douglas P. Bartlett
Vice President, Fundraising

Doug joined the Keydet Club in 2006, after serving the Institute as head lacrosse coach for 21 years and 117 wins. He is a 1970 graduate of SUNY-Geneseo, where he started on the lacrosse team for four years. He previously coached at Radford University. He is the proud father of three daughters:  Jessie, Kelsey and Maiah.

Jackie F. Clark
Office Manager and Executive Assistant

Jackie joined the Keydet Club in April 2006 as administrative assistant. A native of Rockbridge County, she previously worked in Human Resources for Des Champs Technologies. Jackie and her dog Rufus live in Fairfield.

Susan M. (Sue) Wood
Asst. Vice President
Sue joined the Keydet Club in 1995 as administrative assistant, after working for the VMI Alumni Review since 1993. A native of Rockbridge County, Sue returned to the Lexington area after working at the former James River Corporation for 18 years. She lives in Glasgow, and is a 1975 graduate of VaTech (but we forgive her!). Sue has two dogs: Willie and Mollie B.
